The exclusive dealer of Caterpillar equipment in the Northeast, Milton CAT is one of the largest Caterpillar dealerships in the world and the “big kid’s sandbox” for the most recognizable construction equipment on the planet.

Milton CAT is looking to invest in and develop the right candidate to drive business (sales and rentals) of compact to large products (Excavators, Skid Steers, Wheel Loaders, Bull Dozers, etc.) within our Southern MA/Bristol County territory (covering along the 195 belt). This field position involves being on the road every day, setting up meetings, prospecting job sites, executing "business conversations" on critical issues and closing business with valued customers and prospects.

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.

Minimum Educational Requirements
Associates Degree in business administration, communications or related field required. Equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of an Associate’s degree.
